We first want to thank you for your interest in a Goldendoodle puppy from us. We take pride in every one of our doodle puppies and for the first 8 weeks of their lives we consider these precious babies as our very own…
“Only the best for our Lil’ Dandies.”
A puppy is a real joy to add to the family. We at Goldendoodle Dandies take great pride in raising beautiful healthy puppies. Many loving hours were spent to provide you with a healthy, happy and well-socialized puppy. We require a $500 deposit to hold your puppy in the puppy litter list. The deposit required is non-refundable, however they are transferable to another litter of your choice, with in one year from our original agreement. We also require a puppy contract and a spay/neuter agreement. No breeding right are provided.
Puppies are picked in the order of the deposits received when they are 5 weeks old. This can be done at our home or online. They go home when they are 8 weeks old and leave with a 1 year health guarantee, a brand new puppy play toy(with mom’s scent on it), their 6 weeks shots and worming schedule with health records. Plus a bag of their “Purina Small Breed Puppy Chow,” as well.
We maintain an important relationship with our veterinarians, and our puppies are vet checked and health certified. In the event that a puppy should have an diagnosed congenital defect, we at Golden Doodle Dandies have provided the adopter of our puppies with the following 1 year health guarantee.
Whether your puppy is a show or companion dog/puppy the commitments of this document must be fulfilled in order for our health guarantee to be valid and binding.
Initially, as per our contract, you (the adopter) must take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian, at the adopter’s expense, within five (3) days of receiving the puppy.
The licensed veterinarian must perform a complete health exam, and a copy of the veterinarian’s report must be sent back to us (Golden Doodle Dandies) with in one month, for this contract to be valid.
If within this time the adopter’s veterinarian discovers a congenital defect that will severely interfere with the life function and mobility of the puppy, the adopter will immediately contact Golden Doodle Dandies, and will send a certified statement from the veterinarian to this effect.
This includes severe hip dysplasia and heart problems of a severe and life threatening nature. If the puppy is returned under the terms of this agreement, the organization will, at its discretion, either place another available puppy or conclude the agreement. The puppy must be returned in good condition along with all registration papers.
Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the exact parents of the original puppy.
There is no guarantee or warranty that the adopters will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breed potentials. Provider assumes no liability for the adult size of this puppy.
Provider assumes no responsibility for this puppy after leaving the premises, medical expenses, landlord approval, allergies to animals, disagreement of family, or for any other reason, other that stated.
Provider is not responsible for any expenses. Provider will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Adopter is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understood that he/she will be responsible for all payments.
Female puppy adopter- sometimes females are born with an inverted vulva. Most inverted vulvas correct themselves after the first heat cycle. Breeder will notify the adopter on such occasions.
Adopter acknowledges that the breeder has notified them of the presence of an “innie”, if applicable. Adopter acknowledges that the breeder is not responsible for any vet costs incurred due to complications with Urinary Tract Infections.
This guarantee does not include coccidia, giardia and kennel cough, which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria.
Kennel cough is self limiting and like the common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and kennel cough on its own is not life threatening. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by the guarantee.
Any physical problem which is the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee. This guarantee applies to the original owner only and is not transferable to a second party.
Our puppies are raised on a rigorous schedule of shots and wormings. In turn it is your responsibility to continue this level of care, adhering to regular schedule of shots and wormings in order to keep your puppy in optimal health.
Consequently, it is only when the life of your puppy is threatened or has ended due to certifiable congenital defect, that we (Goldendoodle Dandies) will be held liable for providing a replacement puppy.
Prompt continuing veterinarian care is a commitment you make to the puppy you have purchased.
Goldendoodle Dandies appreciates and values the depth of your commitment, but cannot be responsible for any veterinarian bills that may occur during the life of your puppy.
Dogs, when introduced into new surroundings, are sometimes strange and are inclined to exhibit shyness and inactivity. In some instances they refuse food to which they may or may not be accustomed.
After becoming adapted to the new environment, they will readily accept you as their new master and the food you offer. Your care and attention will aid in overcoming the shyness to new quarters.
This is to certify that the adopter agrees to never sell or give the puppy to any pet shop, pet farm or similar institutions.
If for some reason adopter cannot keep puppy or wishes to sell/give away. Adopter will contact provider first to make sure provider doesn’t want to adopt the puppy/dog. Your breeder is always willing to give advice and help in any reasonable way in that the welfare of the puppy is of primary concern.

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO THE BUYER:

Examination. The Puppy will be examined by a licensed Veterinarian within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt. Proof of examination within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt shall be provided to Seller, at Seller’s request, should Buyer request any adjustment of price or seek an exchange. If the puppy is returned due to illness (other than a hereditary defect(s) as stated in Seller’s limited warranty, above), a verified letter specifically addressing the purported illness is required from the veterinarian. This includes death or illness from any health condition deemed present prior to removal from Goldendoodle Dandies premises. __________ Buyer Initial Here.
Acceptance of Animal “As-Is”. Buyer(s) agrees that, after three (3) business days from the day upon which the Buyer(s) receive(s) the animal purchased under this Agreement, Buyer(s) accept(s) the animal “as is” except for any veterinary doctor confirmed issues or problems with the animal’s hips, elbows, eyes and/or heart, as stated in the Seller’s Limited Warranty, above. _____________ Buyer Initial Here.
Medical Care and Treatment. Buyer further agrees, as part of Buyer(s) performance under this agreement, that the Puppy will be given proper medical care including, but not limited to, vaccinations and annual boosters, regular de-worming, adequate and proper shade, and housing in a fenced yard or kennel.
Grooming and Training. Buyer(s) agree(s) that he/she/it will groom, train, and care for this dog in a manner consistent with high quality animal husbandry practices and those endorsed by the Breeder and the AKC.
Never Surrender. Buyer(s) agree(s) this Puppy will never be surrendered to any humane society, animal rescue group or animal shelter.
Right Of Recovery Or Placement. Should the Buyer find themselves in any circumstance where they are no longer able to properly care for the Puppy, Buyer agrees to contact Goldendoodle Dandies first and be given first rights to the Puppy. If the Puppy is to be sold for any reason, Goldendoodle Dandies will be given right of first refusal. _________ Buyer Initial Here.
Costs of All Returns. Should an animal purchased under this agreement be returned for any reason whatsoever, Buyer(s) accept(s) responsibility for, and shall pay, without recourse against the Seller, any and all transportation expenses, veterinary charges, crate fees, air freight charges, and transport fees to and from the involved airports. Should an exchange animal be agreed upon, Buyer(s) shall be responsible for any and all costs, charges, and/or fees associated with transportation of the exchange animal from Seller to Buyer(s). __________ Buyer Initial Here.
No Purpose Other than Having a Pet. Buyer(s) agree(s) this Puppy will not be used for any purposes of research or vivisection and shall not be sold or given to any wholesale establishment, chain store, catalog sales house, pet store or puppy mill. Buyer(s) agree(s) that the animal purchased from Goldendoodle Dandies is purchased to be the Buyer’s pet. If we find out our puppies and/or bloodlines have been bred or used in any type of breeding program—there will be a $5000.00 fine and charged an additional $500.00 for any and every puppy sold. ___________ Buyer Initial Here
Covenant not to Disparage. Buyer(s) understands that the eventual personality and/or behavioral traits of the Puppy purchased under the Agreement cannot be guaranteed. As such, and knowing that any disparaging remarks against Goldendoodle Dandies, its owners, operators, or employees will result in irreparable harm to Goldendoodle Dandies and its business, Buyer(s) agree(s) to refrain from making any disparaging remarks or comments, whether publicly or privately made, concerning Goldendoodle Dandies, its owners, operators, or employees, or the dogs bred at, or purchased from, Goldendoodle Dandies. Buyer(s) agree(s) to pay liquidated damages of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for each and every single disparaging remark made. ___________ Buyer Initial Here.
The Spay/ Neuter proceed must be done within ONE year of the puppies birth. Hard copy documentation must be provided to Goldendoodle Dandies within one year– or upon request— verifying the procedure has been done.

Spay/Neuter Agreement
This is Goldendoodle Dandies spay and neuter agreement which will be signed when purchasing a puppy as “pet only,” or with “limited AKC registration”, and for all “Goldendoodles.”
This agreement is legal and binding. If purchasing a puppy as “pet only you will be required to have your puppy spayed/neutered before any registration papers are received by the purchaser. AKC or CKC papers on dog or puppy will be with held until notification of altering of the animal is received and verified.
Spay/Neuter Agreement
Permanent ownership of this dog is contingent upon your compliance with this Addendum. Proof of the spay/neuter must be received by the (PURCHASER’S NAME) within fourteen (14) days after the surgery. In the event that the dog’s health does not allow this agreement to be honored, Goldendoodle Dandies must be provided with a statement from your veterinarian that this dog is not yet in physical or emotional condition for surgery. Based upon the veterinarian’s evaluation of this dog the (purchaser) will contact the veterinarian and establish the earliest date that the procedure can be performed. (PURCHASER) will notify the BREEDER of this amendment in writing, at which time all other conditions of this agreement will apply and be enforced.
This is the responsibility of the PURCHASER, not the veterinarian, to ensure that Goldendoodle Dandies has received verification that the surgery has been performed. Failure to comply with this agreement by the date below, unless otherwise agreed to in writing, will be considered a breach of the Contract, and PURCHASER will transport this dog back to Goldendoodle Dandies, and will not be entitled to a refund.

SPAYING OR NEUTERING YOUR DOG IS HEALTHIER FOR THEM
Neutering a male eliminates the possibility of testicular tumors and efficiently reduces the chance of prostate problems.
Neutering decreases the chance of perianal tumors and hernias, that are in older, unnuetered males. Neutered males are less likely to escape a yard and find a female in heat. This reduces the chance of them being hit by cars, getting into fights or lost.
Females spayed before their first estrous cycle reduces her chance of mammary tumors, ovarian cancer and uterine infection A spayed female eliminates the neighborhood stray males from coming over or through your fence to breed with her.
Spaying and neutering before sexual maturity has a temperament benefit. Males neutered early in life tend to be less aggressive. Neutered males are less likely to mark in the house.
A spayed female does not have hormonal mood swings and will make a far superior pet. A female with a litter can become very aggressive. Spaying makes your female a better companion.
Today as we drove away from Golden Doodle Dandies and Jana, we were filled with many emotions. We had a wonderful doodle Mollie who was perfect but 13 and in declining health. This was Dec and I was certain she would not live until summer.
I saw this website and contacted Jana. She was so kind and patient and answered all my questions.
We decided to get a pup and made our deposit. My husband is an attorney and thought her contract was professional and comprehensive.
So now we had to wait. We did have to say goodbye to Mollie in early January but we had the hope that we would get a pup in June.
We were kept in the loop so to speak as the pups developed and each week after their birth pictures so we were in their lives always.
Jana took such good care of the pups. Worming, first of their shots and a health certificate from their trip to the vet.
We picked our pup up today and our hearts are full with the love of this precious pup. All in all a Golden Doodle Dandies pup can be the perfect pet for your family.

I had researched the breed, different breeders, pros/cons to using a breeder etc and after a long time of following breeders on Facebook and different websites I thought that Goldendoodle Dandies would be our best match. Finding a breeder can be intimidating. However, once we met Jana, everything from that point forward, could not have been more perfect. At the time, I was living in Shreveport, LA. My mother-in-law, who was given Jana’s contact information after meeting a Golden Doodle Dandie in CA, made the commute to Shreveport. From there, we both drove up to Oklahoma and brought home our little boys (Dakota and Charlie).
The entire process with Jana was a breeze. There was no doubt in our minds that our little boys were under the absolute best care, while they were with Jana. She posted videos and pictures constantly, kept us in the loop at all times, and made our experience feel so personal.
Jana is very responsive with any questions, even till this day!! She ensures her Dandies go to amazing homes, and remain under the care of great people. She is so appreciative of updates of the boys; it is evident that she will always love her Dandies!
To say we love these boys, is an absolute understatement. They bring so much joy to our lives. They are so sweet, caring, smart, playful, and full of so much personality! We often find ourselves asking, “What did we ever do without them?!”
Recently, we moved back to California from Louisiana, and so now these California Dandie brothers are reunited for good! And we couldn’t be happier about it!

To say we were “pleased” with Jana and Goldendoodle Dandies isn’t near enough. We truly loved each step of the journey to our precious puppy, “Honey”. Back in the fall of 2015 our beloved golden retriever passed away, our family was devistated! After a few weeks our family slowly began discussing getting a new puppy, we were extremely interested in getting another Golden Retriever, but we wanted the best of both worlds, a Golden Retriever that didn’t shed. I came across Jana and Goldendoodle Dandies through a friend who followed her on Facebook. After my first viewing of her page I was hooked, her momma Ginger had just had her fall littler, all of these adorable little babies staring back at you is hard to resist! I followed her Fall litter to the day they went home, and when I found out she would be having a spring litter with Jody, I could barely sustain my excitement. Getting one of these adorable Dandies of my own was a dream come true! The work, love, and effort Jana and Goldendoodle Dandies put into their litters is beyond amazing; from the first glimpse the day their born, to the weekly pictures and videos (I lived for Saturday puppy updates!), to the individual collars and cute first names, it is truly a testament to their love of what they do! To say our experience with them was amazing is an understatement. I am proud to say our little Finn baby is a Goldendoodle Dandie, he has filled a hole in our hearts with his amazing personality, and adorably cute face! I can’t wait to get another one of these amazing babies!
I hope this isn’t too long, but it’s all true! We have loved this experience with you Jana! We will be back for a Lilly/Dandie baby!

Jana, I had to share with you….watching the bond between Remi and my youngest (he’s 6) warms this momma’s heart. Since day 1 my son has taken responsibility helping feed, taking him out, playing with him, etc and now Remi lays next to his side on the couch all day while he is home from school very sick 😢, every morning Remi rides with me to take him to school and when he is dropped off Remi cries. It’s possibly the most precious thing I’ve ever seen.

“My sweet Griffey (aka Vixson) has been such a blessing my life and I have Jana and Goldendoodle Dandies to thank for so much of it! The entire process was so amazing. My boyfriend and I were blown away with how professional Jana was and what’s more how loving she was on my baby while he was young. Every week she posted updated pictures and videos. You can look at the Goldendoodle Dandie website and Facebook page.and will be able to quickly recognize what I mean. From the fancy beef dish she gives them to eat, to the sweet crocheted collars and staged pictures – I loved it all! I just shows you that these are her babies. Also, I wanted to add that anytime I asked questions she was quick to answer. I will absolutely be recommending Goldendoodle Dandies to any of my family or friends! From me, Ian, and baby Griffey, we want to thank you for everything Jana!

Well it has been several weeks since we drove a couple hours through Oklahoma to pick up my little diva, Ms. Zoey! (you know her as Tymer). And I have to tell you, she is everything I expected when I saw that sweet little face on your FB page! I knew the minute I saw her she was a perfect match for our family! She has a ‘big’ personality and loves to ‘go’ anywhere at anytime, and loves the water for sure!
I have to say at this point, It has been so wonderful working with a professional breeder where we were given a very healthy, happy puppy, with shot records and details about how she was taken care of from birth! And Zoey was acclimated to humans already. What that has communicated to us, is that from day one, you have loved her as much as we do now, and that your puppies are not just kept in a cage somewhere. That says a lot about you, your family and GoldenDoodle Dandies!
All I have to say is keep doing what your doing!! And making GoldenDoodle Dandy Parents happy!!!

Extremely well written! we agree 110% on every word she said! Our millie is amazing! Extremely well acclimated to other dogs and people, so beyond sweet and cuddly! Perfect health reports every time! The absolute PERFECT dog from the ONLY goldendoodlebreeder we would chose from! Millie and goldendoodle dandies has blessed this family and my heart so much!! After loosing our sweet fur baby unexpectedly, my heart was broken, but millie fills that in our whole family plus some!! Thank you so much!

Before a litter is born, we only accept a few reservations on both males and females. After those spots are filled, we will begin a waiting list. Once the puppies arrive, if there are more puppies available than we have reserved, we will contact the people on the waiting list. If anyone on the waiting list wants a puppy and one is available or becomes available for them.
Our litters expected due date timelines are based on our girls previous heat cycles. However due to mother nature some heat cycles can very up to 2 or 3 months.
Individual puppies are “chosen” between at 5 weeks of age when personalities and physical traits become more apparent. Between 5 and 6 weeks is when families get to come visit the puppies and take their pick at this time. If you are unable to make a trip or if your puppy is being delivered, I will then send you a few different pictures and tell you a little about each of the puppies personalities for you to choose from.
All puppies must stay with Goldendoodle Dandies for at least 8 weeks to ensure that they are properly socialized with their litter-mates.
